Cunningham Accounting operates LedgerFlow SI and AI Bookkeeping Experts. This policy explains how we handle information used for authorized bookkeeping assistance and the related internal receipt-request messaging program.

Information we process

We may process business contact details, authorized accounting-system connection information, bookkeeping records, transaction descriptions, receipt images, and communications provided for bookkeeping support. For the receipt-request program, we may process a participant’s name, mobile number, consent record, messages, and submitted receipt images or purchase descriptions.

How information is used

We use information only to provide, secure, support, and improve authorized bookkeeping assistance; to request and review purchase documentation; to administer consent and opt-out choices; and to comply with applicable law. Information is not used for unrelated advertising or sold as a marketing list.

Mobile messaging privacy

Mobile information and messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to deliver and support the program or as legally required. Messaging consent is not transferred to another sender or used for another program.

Message frequency varies based on purchases, outstanding receipt requests, and participant replies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to a program message at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance.

QuickBooks connections

The QuickBooks connection is a secure sign-in handoff for a locally operated connector. The public connection page does not store accounting data, access tokens, or secrets. Connection credentials and company tokens are retained only in the approved local secure storage for the authorized company connection. You can disconnect access using QuickBooks’ connected-app controls.

Security and retention

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the authorized workflow. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for bookkeeping support, operational records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not submit passwords, complete card numbers, security codes, or unrelated sensitive data in messages or receipt images.
